While in another field event, Aidan Glennon would go on to grab the lone gold medal for the men. Glennon blew out the competition in his third attempt throwing 16.07 meters giving him a new personal best and the gold medal.

In the final event of the weekend, the men's 4x400m team finished in fourth. The quartet of Connor Meikle, Matthew Papajohn, Colin Brown, and Lance Hayes finished just outside of medal contention running the fastest time of any 4x400m team this season in 3:18.70.
