Box Score LATHAM, N.Y. - Sacred Heart and Siena staged an epic MAAC battle Friday in New York's Capital District. Three of the matches were decided in tiebreakers, but unfortunately for the Pioneers, the Saints won all three on their way to a 4-3 victory. 
 
In doubles, SHU's Aina Garriga and Ola Irla Bartyzel posted a 6-1 win at No. 1. Siena won at No. 3, and at No. 2 the Saints posted a 7-4 victory in a tiebreaker to earn the point. 
 
In singles, Bartyzel posted a three-set victory in the No. 1 position, winning the deciding set 7-5. Olivia Kharkover also was a three-set winner for the Pioneers at No. 3, while Hana Hofmanova cruised to a straight-sets win at No. 4. The Saints, though, used third-set tiebreak victories at No. 2 and No. 6 singles to escape with the win.
