NORTH EASTON, Mass. — Sacred Heart University women's ice hockey bested Stonehill College 4-3 on
Sydney Antonakis's game winning goal, her second on the year.
The win put the Pioneers to 10-12-1 on the year and 9-6-1 in NEWHA while Stonehill goes to 9-12-1 overall and 6-7 in conference.
Seven Pioneers tallied points on the evening, with
Paige McNeil leading the way with three off her eighth goal on the year and two assists.
Molly Elmore was in goal for SHU, saving 26 shots.
Delani Mackay's second period goal put her atop the Pioneer roster for her tenth on the season.
Erika Lizotte posted her first assist on the year on the help to McNeil's goal.
The Pioneers will have a rematch back in North Easton tomorrow at 1 p.m.
