PRINCETON, N.J. – Princeton University was too much for the men's volleyball team on Friday. The Tigers defeated the Pioneers, 3-0 (25-18, 25-14, 25-18).

Sacred Heart got an 8-7 margin in the first set thanks to a Princeton hitting error. The Tigers rattled off six-straight points to win the opener.
A block by Asa Labreche pulled SHU even at 9-9, but that's as close as the Pioneers would get the rest of the set.
The Tigers had the advantage across the board, including 33 kills to SHU's 18. Princeton also did damage behind the service line with a 12-3 advantage in aces.
Topping the Pioneers was
Aaron Peterson with five kills and a .625 hitting percentage.
