- The Jaspers took an early 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning off a home run by Lauren Rende.
- Manhattan scored 10 runs in the third inning which featured two three-run home runs by Annie Moore and Megan Hedlund to take a 12-0 lead
- SHU got on the scoreboard in the bottom of the third inning when senior Alyssa Gonzalez ripped her first triple of the season to score in Grace Saad to make the score 12-1.
- The Pioneers would score one more run in the bottom of the fourth off a wild pitch which scored in Brianna Santos from third.
