Nicole Guidi's early third-period goal broke a 3-3 tie in the Sacred Heart University women's ice hockey team's, 5-3, NEWHA win over Franklin Pierce on Friday.

Paige McNeil opened the scoring with a quick goal in the first period after a minute and 12 seconds of play.Â
The Ravens tallied back-to-back goals halfway through the opening period to take their first lead of the night.Â
With two and a half minutes remaining in the first, co-captain Klein tied the game with help from Alexa Ocel.Â
The second period saw only one goal as Sophie Lupone set up Kennedy Spiering's goal at 1:02 to put the Red & White up, 3-2.Â
Franklin Pierce tied it three apiece a little over a minute into the final period.
