Braeden Tuck wasn't enough as the Sacred Heart University men's ice hockey team dropped its second game of the season to Merrimack 4-2.

- Merrimack took an 1-0 lead in the opening period as Regan Kimmons would put the Warriors on the board 12:33 into the game.
- SHU answered back in the second just 31 seconds into the period Braeden Tuck cashed in his first goal of the season off an assist by Austin Magera to knot the score at 1-1.
- In the closing minutes of the period, Tuck would score again this time from assists by Magera and Logan Britt to give SHU a 2-1 lead before Merrimack evened the score off a power-play goal by Ben Brar in the final seconds to send the game into the third period tied up at 2-2.
- Merrimack would tally two more goals in the final period to result in the 4-2 loss.
- This is the junior Tuck's first multi-goal game of his career.
