NEW HAVEN, Conn.- The Sacred Heart University women's tennis team fell to NJIT today by a final score of 6-1. The team returns to action on Friday, Feb. 1 when the Pioneers host Army, match-time is set for 7:00 p.m.

The lone win for the Pioneers came off the racket of junior Brianne Lauria who defeated her opponent 6-3, 6-3 to give the Pioneers a point in singles play.
