PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Sacred Heart women's hockey team lost to the Brown Bears 6-3 at Meehan Auditorium.

Brown (2-0-0) opened the scoring with 8:34 on the clock on a goal by Alley Rempe, assisted by Maddie Woo. Brown went on to score two goals in the span of three minutes. Maddie Woo providing the assist for Sam Donovan at 15:01 before Bridget Carey added the third for the Bears at 17:89.

Brown added fourth and fifth in the second period. Donovan scored her second of the game at 9:01 before Bridget Carey also added her second of the game in the 15th minute.

Brown outshot the Pioneers 12-8 in the final period, scoring twice to make the final score 7-0.

The Pioneer's are back in action Friday Oct. 28th when they host Holy Cross at 7:00PM
