Sheryl Madison, who began her career at SHU in 1977, is the assistant to the athletics director and office manager.
She started in Sacred Heart’s business office working in finance and administration before moving over to athletics. Her passion for sports and her interest in the Pio student-athletes and coaches were the reason for the move.
Prior to SHU, Madison worked at Schering Plough Pharmaceutical and Warner Lambert in New Jersey.
She was born and raised in New York City and attended Queens College when she was 16. Madison, who also attended Katharine Gibbs, has two children, five grandchildren and two dogs.
