Elze Viktorija Kazlauskaite is a seasoned professional in strength and conditioning coaching, with over 15 years of experience as a professional track and field athlete.
Originally from Vilnius, Lithuania, Elze holds a bachelor’s degree from Lithuanian Sports University (LSU) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Sacred Heart University (SHU).
At SHU, Elze serves as a Graduate Assistant in Strength and Conditioning, working with the Men's/Women's Cross Country, Men's/Women's Tennis, Dance, and Women's Bowling teams, while also assisting with the Women's Basketball team.
Elze's professional journey includes two years of experience with BC Žalgiris and internships with AS Monaco Basketball, BC Žalgiris, and the University of Illinois, where she served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.
She is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross.
Elze is passionate about helping athletes and teams reach their full potential through holistic development and personalized coaching. Her extensive background has equipped her with the skills to create customized training programs that optimize performance and reduce risk of injuries, making her a valuable asset to any team she works with.
