Biography
2024-25:
- Named CSC Academic All-District Team
- Swam butterfly on the record breaking 200 medley relay at the MAAC Championship in a time of 1:43.26
- Placed seventh in the 100 backstroke (56.99) at the MAAC Championship and is second all-time at SHU
2023-24:
- Placed 13th in the 100-yard backstroke (57.75) qualifying for the CSCAA National Invitational in her 50-yard split (25.11)
Barrington High School: Swam for the Eagles… competed at the club level for the Bayside YMCA Stingrays… earned All-State First and Second team recognition, as well as First Division All-State… awarded second place in the 200-yard IM and 100-yard backstroke, and first place in the 200-yard medley relay at the state championship meet… placed second in the 100-yard backstroke at the SENECY Championships… qualified for Futures and YMCA Nationals… earned AP Scholar with honors, honor roll, and Rochester Institute of Technology’s Innovation and Creativity Award… also competed in track and field.
About Baker: Is the daughter of Jennifer and Raymond Baker… has sisters Emily, Melanie, and Rachel… sister Emily competed in rowing at Assumption University… sister Melanie swam competitively at Union College… sister Rachel swims competitively for Franklin and Marshall College.
