2024-25: Played in all 39 games... Tied for second on team with 15 points, tied for third with seven goals... Scored the first NCAA Tournament goal in school history vs. Minnesota Duluth... Tallied a goal and an assist in a win over Saint Anselm...Shared the team’s Commitment to Excellence and Valor Award... One of the recipients of the team’s Dr. Ruth M. Grant Academic Achievement Award. 
 
2023-24: Tallied 18 points (5 goals, 13 assists) in 31 games... Her 13 assists tied for the team lead and her 18 points tied for third... Scored twice and added an assist in win over Saint Michael’s... Had three multi-assist games... Named to NEWHA All-Academic Team. 
 
Before SHU: Transferred from Quinnipiac following her sophomore season... Played in 31 games at Quinnipiac... Recorded 57 goals and 86 assists through three seasons at Roseau high school... Named an All-Selection Team member in 8A during the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons... Led high school team to a Minnesota AA State Consolation Champion in 2020... Member of the Minnesota AA All-State team in 2020-21... Also competed in volleyball, track & field and tennis. 
 
Personal: Daughter of Jon and Jill Helgeson... Has four siblings, Sophie, Grace, Ella and Jack... Father played ice hockey at Wisconsin, mother ran track at Wisconsin and sister, Sophie, played hockey at Wisconsin.
