Biography

2024:

  • CSC Academic All-District Team
  • One of three Pioneers to start al 56 games last season, playing every game in center field. 
  • Led SHU with 32 runs, four triples and nine home runs, all of which were career highs. 
  • Tallied multiple hits eight times. 
  • Racked up a season-best three RBIs against LIU (4/20) and Le Moyne (4/27). 
  • Went 2-for-4 with three RBIs, two runs and a homer in a win over LIU (4/20). 
  • Tallied a leadoff inside-side-the-park home run against Le Moyne (4/27). 

2023:

  • Won the 2023 Northeast Conference Golden Glove Award as the league's best defensive player. 
  • Started 44 games over 46 appearances as the Pios' center fielder. 
  • Finished the year with 79 putouts and six assists with two errors for a stellar .977 fielding percentage.
  • Owned a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage over 35 chances against NEC competition.
  • Tallied a .202 batting average with 20 runs, six RBI, and three doubles. 
  • Was successful on all five of her steal attempts. 
  • Recorded multiple hits in wins over Gardner-Webb (3/3) and Ball State (3/10). 
  • Stole a base in back-to-back victories over St. Francis (Pa.) (4/15) and Yale (4/19). 

2022:

  • Appeared in 36 games and started in 20 in her sophomore season.
  • Batted .200, in 55 AB's with 11 hits and and one triple.
  • Tallied two multi-hit games. 

2021:

  • Appeared in 23 games (2nd among First-Years).
  • Hit 1 double and scored 3 runs in a win vs. Stony Brook (5-4) on March 7.
  • Batted .143 in 28 AB’s.
  • First collegiate hit came against Lehigh on February 28.

Prior to SHU:

  • Member of 2018 Sectional and County Championship team as well as the Sectional Co-Championship team in 2019 at Hanover Park High School.
  • Named to the 2019 NJAC Second-Team All-Conference.
  • 2019 Morris County Coaches Association Award Winner.
  • Served as the team's captain. 
  • Member of the National Honors Society in her senior and junior years.
  • A four-time member of the Hanover Park Varsity Club.

Personal:

  • Daughter to Robert and Marie LoPinto.
  • Has three siblings Robert, Lisa, and Joseph.
  • Majoring in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Therapy.
  • Knows how to juggle.
