2020:

  • Played in and started all six games in net for the Pioneers
  • Made 43 saves against 46 goals allowed, for a 48.3 save percentage, 15.42 goals against average, in 180:00 minutes played, a 1-4 record and four ground balls.
  • Registered 10 saves twice this season against Bucknell (2/15) where he allowed 8 goals and a 55.6 save percentage and against Stony Brook (3/3) where he allowed five goals and a 66.7 save percentage
2019:
  • Started all 15 games in the cage for the Pioneers
  • Played 839:17 minutes in net for the Pioneers, totaling 159 saves against 161 goals allowed for a 49.7 save percentage and 11.51 goals-against average while he tallied a 9-6 record and added 38 ground balls with four caused turnovers
  • His nine wins, 159 saves and 839:17 minutes played set single-season career-highs for Dutton
  • The 159 saves for Dutton in 2019 is tied for the seventh-highest single-season saves total in SHU’s program history while his nine wins is a SHU Div. I goalkeeper single-season record
  • Dutton heads into his senior year with 24 career wins, standing in sole possession of second place and just one win behind Matt McGreevy ’98 for the all-time goalkeeper wins record at SHU
  • He also currently stands fifth all-time at SHU in career saves (428) and owns the second-best career goals-against average (10.96) heading into 2020
  • Set a career-high with a 76.5 single-game save percentage (13 saves, career-low four goals allowed) in a home win over Saint Joseph’s (4/13)
  • Matched his season and career-low with four goals allowed, making eight saves in a road win at Wagner (4/27)
  • Posted a career-high 17 saves in a road win at Providence (3/2)
  • Racked up double digit save totals in 9-of-15 games played in 2019
  • Posted 10+ saves in five straight games starting with 16 stops in a home win over Robert Morris (3/16)

  • Sat fourth in the NEC in saves per game (10.79) and fourth in the NEC in save percentage (.489) among goalkeepers who played in at least five games 
  • Made eight saves on 17 shots in a road win at Stony Brook (2/10) to start the season
  • Totaled 13 saves in a win over Furman (2/17)
  • Opened a streak of six-straight double-digit save outings with 11 saves while allowing nine goals (.550 save percentage) in a win over Providence (3/3)
  • Made a season-high 15 saves at Vermont (3/7)
  • Stopped 14-of-25 shots-on-goal against Hartford (3/10)
  • Owned a .619 save percentage (13 saves, eight goals allowed) in a home win over Mount St. Mary's (3/31)
  • Played his best game of the season with 14 saves and just six goals allowed (.700 save percentage) in a win at Hobart (4/28) that clinched a berth for SHU into the NEC Tournament and won his NEC DPOW honors
  • Made nine saves in a 11-9 NEC semifinal loss at top-seeded Saint Joseph's (5/3)

2017:

  • Five-Time NEC Rookie of the Week (Feb. 20, Feb. 27, March 6, March 27, April 3)
  • Started all 14 games he played, posting a 9.70 goals against average and a .498 save percentage
  • Earned first career win against Furman (2/18) with 11 saves
  • Stopped 12 shots in win at Dartmouth (2/25)
  • Had a career-high 17 saves in win at Providence (3/4)
  • Made 14 saves in win over Hobart (3/25)
  • Had 10 saves in overtime win over Saint Joseph’s (4/15)
Prior to SHU: Dutton was the 2016 Oregon High School Player of the Year ... Twice named All-State in 2015 and 2016 and earned First Team All-League honors both years as well ... Lakeridge won the 2013 Oregon state championship.
 
Personal: Son of Dan and Beth Dutton ... Has two older brothers, Drew and Blake ... Brother, Blake played lacrosse at Denver University ... Brother, Drew played lacrosse at Chapman University.
