Jessica Thibault joined the Pioneers in 2021 as the Director of Hockey Operations.
Thibault, who served as the operations director for Team USA at the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championships, came to SHU with plenty of experience in the hockey world. She served as the Admissions Director for the East Coast Class Tournaments where she coordinated ice needs and requests for various arenas, created schedules and matchups across all tournament divisions and communicated where the games were held. Thibault also had stints at the Elite Hockey Program and Rand Pecknold Hockey Camps.
While she was a student at Quinnipiac, Thibault served as a student manager and director of hockey operations (graduate assistant), where she coordinated team travel, utilized Instat recruiting software and was involved in maintaining team relations with TEAM IMPACT. For SHU, she is responsible for team travel, video coordination, pre-scouting for upcoming opponents and organizing day-to-day program needs.
Thibault, who served as co-media operations director at the 2023 NCAA Men's Hockey East Regional, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Quinnipiac and a Master's in Business Administration.
