• Skated in 34 games, racking up career high 20 goals, 17 assists for 37 points.
• Led Atlantic Hockey in points and goals. 
• Scored first career hatrick against Robert Morris on Dec. 8. 
• Recorded 11 multi-point games including a four point game against Robert Morris on Dec. 8 (3g, 1a)
• Named AHA Player of the Week on Jan. 28. 

2018-19:

• Skated in all 37 games in his redshirt junior season recording 23 points on nine goals and 14 assists. 
• Best game came on Feb. 22 when he tallied a goal and two assists for three points.
• Tied for fourth in Atlantic Hockey in short handed goals with two.
• Second on team in points with 23. 
• Regiestered four multi-point games including a three point showing against Army on Feb. 22.

2017-18:

• Skated in all 39 games his first season with SHU recording 21 points on 12 goals and nine assists. 
• Ranked fourth on the team in goals scored including four on the power play.
• Registered three multi-point games including first two-goal showing in 5-3 win over Mercyhurst on Dec. 2.
• Tied for team lead with two game-winning goals against Mercyhurst on Dec. 2 and Bentley on Jan. 16.

Prior to Sacred Heart: Transferred to Sacred Heart from Northeastern where he played eight games in 2015. Cotton played in 28 games for the Youngstown Phantoms of the United States Hockey League in 2016, tallying five assists and six goals for 11 points.
