Sacred Heart University

Del Forno begins his first season with the Sacred Heart football program in 2025 as the Assistant Defensive Line Coach and Video Coordinator.

Prior to graduating from SHU, he served as a Student Assistant Outside Linebackers Coach, contributing to defensive game planning, assisting in position meetings, and leading scout team operations.

In addition to his work with SHU football, Del Forno is an Assistant Trainer with Optime Elite Special Teams in Danbury, Conn., where he trains and evaluates kickers and long snappers at the FBS, FCS, and high school levels. His role includes providing individualized technique feedback and promoting training sessions through social media.

A 2025 graduate of Sacred Heart University, Del Forno earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in sports management.
