High School - At Trinity Pawling High School, Ben played football, basketball and ran track. He was named All-New England Prep School Class A. His football team won the 2007 New England Championship.

His favorite sports teams are the New York Giants and Yankees and his favorite athlete is David Diehl.  His favorite book is Blackhawk down and TV show is Family Guy. He likes Chinese food and classic rock music. His father is his role model.
