Biography

Spence currently sits second in Sacred Heart history with 2,965 career rushing yards. Keshaudas needs only 87 rushing yards to break Ed Pricolo's all-time SHU record. 

2013: On his way to breaking the Sacred Heart single-season rushing record in 2013 and being named a Sports Network All-American, Spence ran for 1,669 yards and 13 touchdowns. Spence, the NEC Offensive Player of the Year, finished the season first in the NEC in rushing yards and fourth in all FCS. With his 22-yard touchdown run in a week 12 win over Duquesne, Spence broke Ed Pricolo's 2004 single season rushing record (1,339 rush yards). The junior workhorse ran for a career high 211 yards in a 59-36 win over Central Connecticut State on October 12th.  In the Pioneers' FCS Playoff loss at Fordham, Spence ran for 194 yards and two touchdowns.

2012: Ranked 9th in the NEC with 816 rushing yards on just 145 carries...His 5.6 yards per carry ranked first in the conference...Scored six touchdowns on the ground.

Before SHU: All-Conference and Defensive Player of the Year for Catholic Memorial...Played in the Shriners All-Star Game in 2010..Also ran track.
