Morgan Teodosio, who plated two with a single to give SHU a 3-0 advantage.
Scoreless second and third innings preceded a three-run fourth for the Pioneers. A single, error and walk loaded the bases again for Sacred Heart.
Charlene Davis answered the call with a bases-clearing double to right center to make it a 6-0 Pios lead.
Niagara broke onto the scoreboard in the top of the fifth with a rare right field homer from Selah Moyer to cut the deficit to 6-1.
With two on and two out, SHU eyed its second straight walk-off win in the sixth inning.
Carly Koltko started the scoring rally with an RBI single up the middle. The game ended on a Teodosio triple down the left field line that plated
Alexa Barbera and
Morgan Fitzgerald to give the Pioneers a 9-1 victory.
