Asuncion Earns Win at 149 in Men's Wrestling's Loss to Binghampton

Dakota Asuncion tied the score at 3-3 with a 9-4 decision victory over Ivan Garcia

VESTAL, N.Y. – The Sacred Heart University men's wrestling team resumed EIWA play on Sunday afternoon as the Pioneers suffered a tough 43-3 road loss to Binghamton University. With the loss the Pioneers fall to 0-3 in the conference, while the Bearcats improve to 5-2.
 
Sacred Heart's lone win of the afternoon came at 149 pounds by Dakota Asuncion, who defeated Ivan Garcia by decision, 9-4, to even the match at 3-3.
