HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. - It was another strong showing for the No. 5 ranked Sacred Heart equestrian team on Saturday against Centenary. A pair of Pioneers –
Kylie Hwalek in Fences and
Emma Grimes in Flat - earned Most Outstanding Player honors. Hwalek scored an 88 on her ride on Capri, while Grimes scored a 79 riding Ollie.
Sacred Heart led 3-2 at halftime but Centenary came away with a 6-4 victory.
Hwalek (score of 88), Grimes (83) and
Rebecca Skelton (83) earned the Pioneers points in Fences.
Grimes with her score of 79 accounted for Sacred Heart's point in Flat.
