David Garcia Gallego opened the scoring for SHU in the 18th minute with a snipe from the middle of the box. The junior stopped on a dime and turned back before finding the top-right corner of the cage.

The Pioneers doubled their lead in the 24th minute, taking advantage of a counter-attack opportunity. Sam McCann stole the ball from a Mountain Hawk defender which he hit off the opposing keeper. Ivan Morcillo was in the right place at the right time, firing the rebound by the prone keeper to make it a 2-0 game.

Morcillo was just getting started as he found the back of the net again in the 27th minute. The first year dribbled the ball to the top of the box before cutting left and right-footing a shot by Lehigh's keeper.

SHU's third goal in a five-minute stretch came off the head of McCann. The junior dove to drive a header into the left of the cage, his first goal as a Pioneer.

Brady Poor capped the Pios' commanding showing performance with his first collegiate goal in the 67th minute.

In between the pipes for the Pioneers, junior transfer Luca Marinelli tallied a shutout in his first start as a Pioneer.
