Box Score West Point, N.Y. – The Sacred Heart University men's tennis fell to Rider, 4-3, on day one of three at West Point. Matyas Vencl won both his singles and doubles match.
 
In doubles play, Vencl and Darius Eftekhar defeated Grimes and Slattery 6-3. The team of Antoine Hernandez and Paul Goncalves fought through the match but fell 7-6.
 
At No. 2 in singles play, Vencl defeated Hadjivernava in three, 3-6, 6-4, 7-5. At No. 4 singles, Enrique Laennec-Baffrey took down Slattery, 6-3 and 7-5. Goncalves defeated Grimes 6-4 and 6-4 in No. 6 singles.
