Of Note
Sacred Heart trailed St. Francis Brooklyn 32-24 during halftime. However, an Olivia Tucker three sparked a 14-4 at the 6:54 mark of the third quarter to put the Pioneers up by one, 38-37. Both teams traded baskets in the final 40 seconds, but it was the Terriers that took the one-point edge in the end, 41-40.

Tucker put the Pios back in front at the start of the fourth. SHU struggled from the field, missing its next four key shots, resulting in SFBK notching four-straight points to retain the lead for good.

The Terriers had the advantage from the free-throw line shooting 18-of-29 (62.1%) compared to the Pioneers' 8-of-12 (66.7%).

First year Ny'Ceara Pryor led with 15 points on the night.
