CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – It was a better outing Saturday against Harvard University, but the Sacred Heart University men's volleyball team couldn't get past the Crimson on Saturday. Harvard defeated the Pioneers, 3-1 (25-22, 23-25, 25-17, 25-18).

Harvard played well down the stretch ing the opening frame, but wasn't as fortunate in the second set. SHU took advantage of two Harvard errors and got kills from
Mark Berry and
Ife Loverton to win the set.
The Crimson pulled away late in the third and fourth set to take the match.
Sophomore
Patrick Mucherino led all players with 15 kills. Berry followed with 11 winners.
Harvard recorded 32 digs to the Pioneers' 22.
