LOUDONVILLE, N.Y.- The Sacred Heart University Men's Tennis team defeated Siena by a final score of 6-1 this afternoon. The Pioneers will return to action on Friday, March 15 when the Pioneers host Hofstra. Matches begin at 5:00 p.m.

Five out of six Pioneers would win their singles matches which included first-year William Wibmer continuing his impressive season as he defeated Thomas Del Olmo, 6-3, 6-3. In doubles play the duo of junior Seiji Hosokawa and fellow junior Chris Sause would defeat Sagar Bains and Matt Bellino 6-2 while sophomore Luca Casalduc and graduate student Francisco Del Valle would defeat Muhammad Sawani and Cameron Kirkwood 6-3 to help push the Pioneers ahead to a 6-1 victory.
