FAIRFIELD, Conn.—The Sacred Heart men's tennis team was selected fifth in the Northeast Conference Men's Tennis Coaches Poll, released this afternoon. 

Bryant was the unanimous pick to win a fourth straight NEC title with Saint Francis U  chosen as the runner-up in the annual poll. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own teams.

 Longtime NEC men's tennis power Fairleigh Dickinson was picked third, followed by Wagner in the fourth spot. Sacred Heart was slotted fifth, and Mount St. Mary's and St. Francis Brooklyn rounded out the seven-team poll.

The Pioneers next game is Friday, Feb. 17, against Fordham at Yale University at 7 pm
