Final Stats
LORETTO, Pa. (AP) - Todd Harris and Ricky Harris combined to rush for 264
yards and two touchdowns, as St. Francis, Pa. posted a 35-28 win over Sacred
Heart on Saturday.
Harris rushed for 164 yards on 31 carries and scored on a 1-yard run in the
third quarter. Taylor rushed for 110 yards on 18 carries and scored St.
Francis' first touchdown on a 15-yard run.
St. Francis (1-1, 1-0 in the Northeast Conference) also scored on a 1-yard
run by Anthony Doria, a 35-yard pass from Doria to Maurice Sales, and a pair of
field goals by Adam Sciulli.
Sacred Heart (0-2, 0-2) was led by Ed Pricolo and Dan Ammel. Pricolo rushed
for 178 yards on 24 carries and scored on a 4-yard run. Ammel completed 13 of
39 passes for 193 yards and one touchdown, but was intercepted three times.
Ammel connected with James Wright on a 26-yard scoring pass.
St. Francis accumulated 467 yards in total offense. Sacred Heart had 364
yards in total offense, but turned the ball over five times.
